The City of Colusa is seeking bids from qualified professional for a downtown Colusa development plan. Responses are due back to Colusa City Hall by January 4th at 4:00 pm.

Website re-design

The current web site is primarily informational containing general information, documents and forms. The City is considering a complete website re-design. The goal of this re-design is to create a sophisticated, uniform website with a consistent theme. We desire to update the site, its organization, and its format. The information needs to be presented in an easy to find manner, with the goal of no more than 3 clicks to find your information. This RFP is specifically designed to encourage creativity and innovation in the responses. The City will not present a detailed list of specific requirements; rather we will provide specific information on important informational elements to include in the website. We invite you to show us how you recommend presenting that information. We do not want to eliminate any information currently on the website, rather we want it rearranged and enhanced in a manner that assists people and businesses in finding the information they seek while providing for future growth of electronic services as demand increases and costs can be justified.
