| The
Finance Department is responsible for Utility Billing, Accounts
Receivable, Accounts Payable, Business Licenses, Payroll and
Employee Benefits and maintenance of the general ledger
(bookkeeping). This department also provides support for the various
City departments. The Finance Department is open to the public Monday through Friday (except holidays). General office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; however the office is closed from noon to 1pm.
